The manual assigns every level to a stated user
The printed user manual assigns each of the three settings to a stated user, in the manufacturer's own words:
Level 1: "Start pulling for initial user with moderate stretching."
Level 2: "Greater stretching for intermediate users."
Level 3: "Greater stretching for advanced users."
It also documents the position: "Back to the end of the product to sit down, knees bent, slowly lying on the arched plate."
The manual does not print a session length, a weekly frequency, or a day to change levels, and this page adds none of those. It does print two cautions: "In case of discomfort, recent surgeries or back injuries, consult your doctor before using this product." And: "Do not use this product within 20 minutes after meals. Pregnant women should consult their doctors before using the product."

For $120 more, the complete system adds the lumbar cushion sold separately for $159.95: $199.95 instead of the $239.90 the two pieces cost apart.
$239.90 is the sum of the two separate prices. It is not a list price created for this offer. The difference is the whole discount.
The stretch arch is sold as a wellness accessory with the documented settings, limits, and purchase terms described here. It is not sold with a promised result or as a magic cure.
