We want you to keep moving. If your Steadella does not stay put, does not fit, or just is not for you, you can return it within 60 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.

How to start a return Email us at support@steadella.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will reply with simple instructions. Please contact us first and do not send anything back before we confirm the details with you.

Your refund Once your return is approved, we refund the full product price to your original payment method. Refunds typically post within 5 to 10 business days after approval, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Sizing and exchanges If the size is not right, message us your measurement and we will help you pick the correct one. We are happy to arrange an exchange within the 60-day window.
